  • Are benefits such as housing, company cars and car allowances, cash and non cash benefits valued consistently to ensure that like is compared with like?
  • What are the measures utilised to validate data and job matching?
  • What is the criterion utilised to ensure accurate job matching?
  • How does the service provider ensure that outdated data is not included in the survey publication?
  • How does the service provider differentiate between clients and survey participants?
  • Can reference checks be conducted by current and potential clients?
