As a subscriber, you will be able to log into Remchannel via the Internet 24/7/365.  You will be able to select and view your own company data by specific employees, cost centres, or full company against a selected market.

The software security and methodology used by Remchannel is the same as that used by banks worldwide for security and confidentiality of transactions on the Internet.  Your company data is thus fully confidential and safe.

Job Evaluation

As a subscriber, you will be able to log into REMeasure via the Internet 24/7/365.

You will be able to administer all aspects of your REMeasure subscription, from renewal to additional users without the involvement of a consultant.

You will be able to restrict the access of users either by level, job family, or any other user-defined criteria.

Your system will be updated with the latest enhancements via the internet, so will not require physical installation by a consultant.

You will be able to add your own in-house grading system to REMeasure, and correlate it to any of the major grading systems.

You will be able to customise the help screens and the glossary to incorporate the unique terminology used in your organisation.

As part of the evaluation process REMeasure provides you with updated market information by grade.  Please note that this functionality is exclusively available to Remchannel survey participants.

Yes, remuneration practices clearly reflect an organisation’s philosophy, or lack thereof.  Remchannel can assist organisations with the development and implementation of appropriate remuneration (pay scales) and grading structures that are appropriate for their type of business and that will support the philosophy of the business.

Remchannel can evaluate and rate the extent to which Executive Remuneration practices and policies align to the principles of King III, and provide recommendations in this regard.
