Differentiating between clients and survey participants

PwC Remchannel's client list contains all the names of the organisations who have signed up to Remchannel; whereas the survey participant list contains only the names of clients who have participated in the survey.

Clients will only be listed as participants on the PwC Remchannel website once they have completed the required upload process, and have been included in a month-end publication.

If a client’s data is removed from the database due to being outdated, the organisation will not be listed as a participant.
